Land South of Saltmarsh Lane, Hayling Island
Mosaic collaborated with the client and project team to develop a new high-quality neighbourhood consisting of up to 60 homes. The proposed neighbourhood will include various features such as enhanced biodiversity, a central focal green space, complete with a feature pond and children’s play area. Of the new homes, 30% will be affordable, with the majority being houses and some apartments located in 2-2.5 storey development blocks.
