Mosaic collaborated with the client and project team to develop a new high-quality neighborhood comprising of up to 29 homes. The proposed neighborhood will feature enhanced biodiversity, with scrub and scattered trees at the boundaries retained within a buffer zone. To sustainably mitigate surface water and provide an attractive outlook for homes, a sustainable drainage strategy (SuDS), including an attenuation feature, will be provided. Of the new homes, 30% will be affordable, with the majority being houses and some apartments located in 2-2.5 storey development blocks.
