Land North of the A4, New Bath Road, Twyford

Mosaic has submitted an outline application that follows the principles of the 20-minute neighbourhood model. The proposal emphasises sustainable placemaking, connectivity, health and wellbeing, and the provision of much-needed new homes. The plan is to provide up to 230 high-quality homes that have sufficient space for home working and are adaptable and flexible for future working arrangements. Additionally, the proposal enhances pedestrian and cycle connectivity to Twyford and the River Loddon.
