Mosaic has been commissioned to prepare a Vision Document to promote the development of up to 918 new high-quality and sustainable homes that are distinct and complementary to the local context.

Our vision for the Land North of Berryfields aligns with the aims of the Aylesbury Garden Town 2050 Vision. The site, in keeping with Garden City and 20-minute neighborhood principles, has the potential to provide a new community hub, retirement accommodation, and land for the expansion of the Green Ridge Primary Academy, further enhancing Berryfields as a sustainable settlement.
