Brewham Rise offers an opportunity to connect existing landscape assets, provide new homes, and create significant new public open space. The masterplan for 70 homes has been designed with a focus on the landscape, ensuring that the development is integrated in a way that minimises its impact on the wider countryside and the setting of Bruton.

The proposed development takes into consideration the residential amenity of nearby properties, with adequate distances between new and existing buildings. The landscape proposals aim to preserve existing boundary vegetation while adding new plantings to create a green buffer between the development and the countryside. The project will also introduce significant new areas of open space, including a children’s play area.
