Mosaic has prepared a Vision Document to acknowledge the opportunity to leverage Barnston’s sustainability credentials and create a legacy development that embodies Garden City principles, prioritises high-quality design, and incorporates measures to counteract climate change. Our proposals feature a mix of development types, including residential, employment, and community-led uses. This includes the provision of 600-700 homes, including affordable housing, a two-form entry primary school, and a work hub that could include a business incubator, coworking and start-up space, and serviced offices.
