Mosaic Urban Design has developed a comprehensive plan for a new community in Billingshurst. This plan includes around 1,000 new dwellings, a retirement village/extra care facility, a new primary school, allotments, and a country park. The plan also incorporates new pedestrian and cycle paths connecting the town to the surrounding countryside, over 44 hectares of new public open space, and significant biodiversity improvements.

Newbridge Park will be a sustainable and healthy community that is connected to its neighbours and the surrounding landscape. It will encourage residents to reduce their carbon footprint and promote significant biodiversity increases.
